Legal basis for data processing
L’art. 6 del RGPD stabilisce espressamente le basi giuridiche che consentono il trattamento dei dati personali forniti.
Art. 6 of the GDPR expressly sets out the legal basis for the processing of personal data.
Letter (b): processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
The processing is therefore legitimate in order to be able to follow the language course in which a subject is enrolled or for the provision of translation / interpretation services.
Letter c) states that processing is lawful when it is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject. In this sense it will be necessary to process your data in compliance with tax regulations.
Finally, letter a) allows processing when the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes.
This is the case when your data are processed for marketing purposes and for all those purposes for which your specific consent will be requested.
Purpose of the processing of personal data
Personal data are processed by Business Voice s.r.l. for the following purposes:
- to execute a service or one or more transactions, as contractually agreed;
- for operational and management needs.
Your personal data, prior to your explicit CONSENT will also be processed for the following purposes:
- to monitor the development of customer relations and/or the risks associated with them and to know your opinion on our service;
- for direct marketing purposes: intended as the willingness to carry out promotional activities and communication of events in this regard.
Refusal of the latter processing purposes would not affect the implementation of the contract.
Modalities for the processing of personal data
The data will be processed using tools that guarantee security and confidentiality and can also be carried out with the help of electronic and automated means to store, manage and communicate the data.
The treatment is carried out in full compliance with the provisions of art. 32 of the GDPR.
Subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated
We inform you that the personal data you provide us with, or otherwise acquired in the course of our business are not subject to dissemination.
Period of data retention
Your personal data will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship between the parties, in full compliance with the principle of proportionality, lawfulness and necessity established by the GDPR.
Your personal data will be processed by the Data Controller and, if for technical and/or operational reasons it is necessary to use entities located outside the European Union, we inform you that, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 28 RGPD these parties will be appointed as Data Processors by written contract.
It is understood that the data whose treatment is subject to consent, will be stored until the revocation of the same.
Rights of the data subject
We wish to inform you that articles 16 et seq. of the General Data Protection Regulation lays down the rights of the data subject.
You therefore have the right at any time to obtain access to and rectification of your personal data.
You may also request the cancellation or restriction of the processing and you may also object to the processing.
If these last three conditions are not fulfilled, we inform you that the execution of the contract or the obligations laid down by law may not be continued.
Another important right is that of the portability of your data: if you decide to change your intermediary all your data can be transferred to the new consultant.
Finally, you have the right to appeal to the Data Controller or to contact the Control Authority.
