Courses are designed for those who want to learn the tricks and secrets of professional chefs to improve their cooking and surprise their family and friends by serving original dishes, combining craftsmanship and taste.
The courses last two and half hours and include different courses from appetisers to desserts, meats to fish as well as traditional Friulian recipes. There are also international cooking courses for dishes such as Austrian, American, Mexican, Indian cooking, as well as a sushi course held by a Japanese Master Chef.
The desserts course will be led by our Master Pastry Chef and Cake designer who will take you on a sweet and surprising journey. A spectrum of solutions where participants will be given hints and advice to improve their cooking, discover new dishes and new pairings and even find out how to fix things gone wrong.
