17100:2015 – UNI EN ISO

Business Voice is one of the first companies in the world to have received the UNI EN ISO 17100:2015 for translation services.

Today, we are happy to communicate to our customers that we have taken a further step forward in the field of certification: After an extensive audit by the DNV-GL Certification Body in March 2016, Business Voice has met the criteria of quality, conformity and adequacy of its translation processes and has obtained. The UNI EN ISO 17100: 2015 certification. This is an internationally valid standard, which allows you to compare the quality of translation services worldwide. The final goal is to guarantee excellence of our services through the process of continuous improvement of our offer.

Business Voice has updated its Quality Management System to meet the latest ISO 9001 standards

In April 2017 Business Voice completed the revision of its management system to the new UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 Certification.

The fundamental concept of the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 is that of a customer-centric approach and one of continuous improvement, and meeting the client’s expectations and systematically applying risk analysis.

Accreditation by an external body represents the culmination of scrupulous hard work, the introduction of a Quality Management System in the company which complies with the International Management Standards UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 for quality and the UNI EN 15038: 2006 Translation services.

MANAGEMENT OF TECHNICAL AND HUMAN RESOURCES

  • Project Managers who manage the translation process to optimise efficiency and effectiveness of the service.
  • Translators who must have documented competence as well as being a native speaker.
  • Proofreaders, different from the translator, whose role is to examine the translation and verify its suitability, comparing the source and target texts, as well as recommending any corrective actions.

INTRINSIC TRANSLATION QUALITY

  • Translation projects – documented at every stage;
  • Initial contact with the customer, ensuring customer compliance with the specified requirements;
